A 49-story condominium tower overlooking historic St. James Cathedral, offering two, three and four-bedroom residences from 1,300 to 5,400 sf, including eight penthouses.

A 5-story condominium and townhome development comprised of 224 condominiums and 32 townhomes.  

Fordham Hill Estates

Lemont, Illinois

Neighborhood of single family homes ranging from 4-bed, 3-bath to 5-bed, 5-bath homes averaging 3,800 square feet. Developed by The Fordham Company between 1999 and 2004.

Chicago, Illinois

An eight-story exclusive condominium development comprised of four maisonettes and 14 condominiums ranging from 3,500 to 12,000 s.f.
